Ashford Tools &/or Ashford Special Order Supplies that total over $300 usually ship direct to you by air express to your physical address that matches your card’s billing address from New Zealand. Allow 6-10 business days to receive. Shipments are sent with signature confirmation.
If shipped to a P.O. box, shipments cannot ship direct from New Zealand. It will need to ship through our location in Washington and reshipped to you.
Alaska or Hawaii Ashford Shipments over $300 can ship direct from Ashford for the flat rate of $40, Order online, leave a message to refund overpayment on shipping. Be sure to only include Ashford items when ordering. Questions?
