This pattern was inspired by the Alfred Noyes poem - The Highwayman.

It has 3 lovely scarves worked in lace weight yarn.
Ribbon of Moonlight (charcoal) is a small neck accent - 9" x 38" and takes about 175 yards of lace weight yarn. It is worked in two sections and joined either by grafting or with a 3 needle bind off.
Spirits of the Night (pewter) is also a small neck accent triangular scarf - 11" x 29" (28 x 73.5cm) and also takes about 175 yards of lace weight yarn.

This scarf is worked from the bottom up in a very delicate lace pattern.
Ribbon of Love (cinnabar) is a lovely long scarf with tassels - 11" x 66". This scarf takes about 315 yards of lace weight.
It would also look lovely in a fingering or DK weight yarn - 315 yards.
Ribbon of Love begins with a provisional cast on at the center back and knit down to points on either side. sections and joined either by grafting or with a 3 needle bind off.
