If your shipping seems excessive leave a message when ordering asking to review the ship charge. This may be a problem if you are ordering multiple items. Automation doesn’t understand humans can pack many items in one box. If we find you overpaid it will be refunded when order ships..
In stock items and special orders under $300 are shipped from our location in Washington state. Ashford and Schacht equipment over $300 generally ship direct from the manufacturer.
Small orders that include Special Order and In stock items, we will hold order and ship complete. If you can’t wait for in stock items, order separately from a Special Order.
Books only may ship USPS book rate mail.
Flat Rate Shipping for Patterns. $3 for first pattern, $1 each additional pattern, ship without tracking/insurance by USPS letter mail. If you want tracking/insurance select ground advantage or priority when ordering.

Products that ship direct from Ashford are shipped by FedEx and must go to a physical address, no P.O. Box. Same address as your payment card’s billing address.
If you need shipped to P.O. Box select USPS shipping when ordering. Your shipment will need to be shipped to us then re-shipped from our location in Washington.

When can I expect shipment?
Ashford air shipments take about a week - 10 days. Some items may be delayed to Ship. Link to backorder Report
Schacht Spinning Wheels and Looms - 6-8 weeks. If ship delay is of concern, contact us before ordering for current ship date.

If item is in our stock it should go out by next business day. Add Transit time, 4-10 business days for ground shipping.
USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1–3 business days transit time. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
