Payment of orders placed online will be processed through Stripe. Accepting: Major cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. We can only ship product to your U.S. address associated with your card payment account.
If you want to complete payment using a U.S. issued check (will ship order to address you direct) or with your Paypal account. You will need to contact Elizabeth with your order and be invoiced total due. Payments through Paypal are only accepted from Verified Paypal account holders and shipped to the confirmed address.
Elizabeth's Fiber & Yarn will not be responsible for order once shipped. Packages shipped include insurance, delivery or signature confirmation. You will be e-mailed the tracking number when your package ships. If order is received obviously damaged, do not open or accept, ask shipper to return to sender. If you find damage after opening, contact us immediately indicating problems so claim against insurance can be made. Be sure to save all the packing materials and contents.
Package lost or stolen after delivery, insurance is no longer available and claim can not be made. If concerned direct your delivery person not to leave packages unattended.
Special Orders Items that are not in stock at Fiber to Yarn, but can be ordered. Each supplier has a minimum we must meet in order to place a order. If your order does not meet this minimum, and we can not combine it with another order within 1 month, we will contact you. If your order meets the minimum, it will be ordered by next business day. Washington State Sales Tax: Shopping cart will apply 10.4% (the highest in the state), if your tax is less, refund will be made at time of shipping.

Layaways. Deposits For equipment purchases over $1000. Spread out your payments, delay shipping. Contact Elizabeth with your name, address, phone and what you wish to purchase and when you want shipped. Requires a 50% deposit by check. We will need balance paid one week prior to scheduled ship date.
