Artfelt - What is it? Project Ideas
It’s not needle felting. It’s not wet felting. It’s not fulling. It’s artfelt® – and it is revolutionizing the way we felt.
Using Artfelt® Paper, the "canvas" for all Artfelt® projects. This special paper allows the designer a tackable canvas on which to attach the wool roving. When finished, the paper magically disappears with boiling water, leaving a fully fused piece and no residue.

If hand dyeing handle unspun wool top gently. Once wet tends to separate easily. Hint: Lingerie mesh bags are very helpful.
